After each live stream, we will email you the total value of your claims.

Your prepaid shopping cart is automatically converted into store credits within 10 minutes of purchase. To check your balance:

1. Log in to charmchums.com.
2. Navigate to your Profile section.
3. Find your total store credit balance at the bottom.
4. Click on the card for a detailed transaction history.

After each live stream, we will send you an email with the total value of your claimed items.
If you’d like to see a list of your claimed items, simply reply to our email to request to Close Your Cart. We will then send you a comprehensive summary along with your final payable amount.

If you decide to close your cart, simply reply to our email. We’ll send you a detailed summary of your claimed items and the final payable amount (after deducting your Store Credits). You can reply to adjust items if needed.

Once everything looks good, click the payment link to complete your order. Even if the final amount is $0, please click the button to finalize the order.
